• As Director, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations including staff supervision, scheduling, preparing children’s reports and assessments, and maintaining contact with parents.
• Applicants must have or be qualified for MA EEC Director accrediation and have professional experience teaching experience in childhood education.
• The successful applicant will be self-motivated and a team player.

What makes a good candidate?
Ideal candidates bring experience in creating developmentally appropriate curriculum, possess common sense skills, a nurturing nature, and enjoy play. Candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education are preferred as are EEC-qualified and experienced early childhood educators. Recent graduates welcome. Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) are preferred. Good people skills, desire to work with parents, children, and teachers in a friendly, professional center that place a high value on socialization and teamwork are a must.
